Rule number 1: Do not throw anything away - everything has value.
Tiglee can assist you with any of the following: Estate, Retirement, Relocation, Moving, or Downsizing Sales. We also offer Estate Buyouts and broom ready clean-outs. With our staffs excellent experience on pricing and selling of both quality antique, collectables and the average household items we make the liquidation process profitable, painless and stress free.
For each sale we develop an exclusive written agreement; research, inspect, and evaluate your items then price accordingly; organize and display saleable items; advertise and promote the sale on the internet (craigslist, our website) and in the local paper; send emails to collectors, antiques dealers and others that buy heavily at estate and yard sales, and we provide street signage specific to the sale. After the sale we can arrange for the removal of unsold items in a timely way. Within one week, we can provide a total reconciliation showing the most important items sold.
From start to finish we can do it all, or as little as you want.
Tiglee Sale Guidelines
Below is a set of guidelines to help you better navigate a tiglee sale.
- We open on time! If we advertize that we will open at 9:00 am then that is the time we will open, no acceptations.
- All sales are final; everything is sold as is as you see it
- CASH PLEASE
- Nothing is priced at less than a dollar because we do not carry change
- Please bring your own bags and avoid trying to carry a large box around the sale
- All items need to be removed as promptly as possible and always by the end of the sale
- Be sure you have the necessary help to lift, carry and remove your purchases
- At some sales where there is a large response, it may require that shoppers be admitted in groups to avoid overcrowding
The first hour of a sale can be very hectic - thanks for your patience and understanding, we try to check everyone out as quickly and efficiently as possible.
